The short version: this website collects little, your health information is protected under HIPAA at the practice level, and nothing about you is sold. The longer version follows in plain English.
What this website collects
Standard web server logs (IP address, pages visited, browser type) used for security and to understand how the site is used. If you call, text, or submit information to schedule, the details you provide are used to contact you and set up care — nothing else.
This site does not sell personal information, does not run third-party advertising trackers, and links to outside services (such as Google reviews or maps) are governed by those services' own policies once you leave.
Your health information
Patient records are protected health information under HIPAA. Our full Notice of Privacy Practices — covering how records are used, your rights to access and amend them, and how to file a concern — is available at the front desk and provided at registration.
