Virginia Dental Club is our membership plan for patients without dental insurance: you join the plan directly, the price is public, and the routine rhythm of care is built in.
$279 a year for an individual, $259 a year for each additional member in the same household. No enrollment fee. Renews annually. One annual membership. Your routine care at no charge, and 20% off most other services.

Who it's for
The self-employed, the early-retired, the between-jobs, and everyone whose employer just doesn't offer dental, which around Crozet includes a lot of farm families, small-business owners, and remote workers whose employer plan stops at medical.
It's also for the math-doers: people who've noticed that what they pay for dental insurance each year often roughly equals the cost of the care they actually use, minus the paperwork. A membership plan makes that math honest.
What membership includes
Your membership includes two cleanings, two routine exams, one problem-focused emergency exam, and your X-rays at no charge each membership year.
Most other services are 20% off our standard fee, including fillings, crowns, root canals, dentures, implants and periodontal treatment.
Orthodontics including Invisalign, whitening and other elective cosmetic work are not part of the membership discount. Fluoride and sealants are discounted at 20%, not included.
How it differs from insurance
Virginia Dental Club is a membership plan administered by Membersy LLC, not insurance. There is nothing to file, no waiting period, and no annual maximum. Anything beyond your routine visits is quoted in writing at member pricing before we start.
Larger treatment plans can still use the financing options described on the insurance and financing page, so bigger work stays plannable.

Plenty of our patients manage their oral health without a dental plan. Cost should never stand between you and a healthy smile, so without insurance you get the same transparency everyone gets here: every treatment option explained and estimated costs outlined before work begins.
The club exists precisely for this situation: routine care included with membership, member pricing on treatment, and a front desk that will do the math with you before you commit to anything.
