Great first appointment with Gabby and Makayla! Both professional and knowledgeable while also warm and welcoming! I had been holding onto my former dentist (now 1.5hrs away!) for years because I was nervous to make the switch to somewhere new - the crozet family dental team quickly allied those fears and now I look forward to being a return patient there. :)

These women are top tier. I’ve been in multiple times the past couple of weeks for a cracked molar. And let me tell you, every single person that works there is well trained. The hygienists and assistants work with the dentist efficiently, effectively, and thoroughly. I’ve never had to wait when I arrive. Nor have I ever been left in the dental chair waiting. The front desk manager and employees get you checked in, scheduled, and out the door quickly and pleasantly. They even have TVs on the ceiling to watch while you’re in the dental chair. Even though I DREAD using my *sacred* childcare hours for dental work, these women are a well-oiled machine and team, and it shows. Thank you 🙏

So pleased with the professionalism and expert care at Crozet Family Dental. I have been going on a regular 6 month schedule and happy when Makayla is taking care of me! Office Staff, Gabby and Gina are all great too! A pleasant experience. Thank you all!

What five decades of word of mouth looks like now

Before review platforms existed, this practice grew the way small-town practices did: someone’s mother told someone’s neighbor. The reviews are the same conversation moved online — and the themes repeat: being told what things cost before they happen, doctors who explain, front desk staff who treat insurance as their problem to solve, and nervous patients surprised by how it went.

Had a visit worth writing about — in either direction? Google is where it helps other families most. And if something wasn’t right, call us first — we’d rather fix it than read about it.
